When are the weekly badminton socials?

Friday 6:30 - 10:30pm

Sunday 2:00 - 6:00pm

Non-members need to purchase a social pass to attend.

(Any changes will be notified via our website, email and social media)

How to register for social session (as a casual/non-member)?

Purchase social passes: Monash Baddy

Casual player price per session?

Passes: $15pp (online prepaid passes are non-refundable, but transferable)

Walk-ins: $25pp (walk-in spots are not guaranteed, depends on capacity, we will only know on the day)

Where do you host the weekly badminton socials?

We are located at in the Stadium Hall at Monash University Clayton Campus, 42 Scenic Blvd, Clayton VIC 3800 

(Any changes will be communicated via our website, email and social media)

Court availibility, game play and badminton equipment at each social session.

Courts: We have 10 courts available over 4 hours every session.

Game Play: Double matches are generally played, singles sets are permitted if attendance is low and court availability permits.

Badminton Equipment: Quality feathered shuttles and nets will be provided; players are expected to bring their own badminton raquets, alternative rental is provided by Monash Sport at reception.

Scoring system at social sessions.

1 game to 30-points system will be used to score sets and players must rotate afterwards; however, players are welcome to discuss on shorter games.

No referees or line judges are available - an honour system applies.

What are the level of play at each social session?

Our players range from beginners to advanced level.

How do I join the club membership?

2023 Club membership currently closed. 2024 Club membership will be announced closer towards Nov/Dec.

2023 Monash University Badminton Team trial has passed. Team has been selected to participate in 2023 UniNationals held in Gold Coast in October 2023.

2024 Monash University Badminton Team trial will be held in Sem 1 of 2024. More info to come.
