By signing this waiver and participating in MVC Socials, I acknowledge that volleyball and related activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am responsible for ensuring I am physically able to participate safely. I agree to follow all reasonable instructions, rules and safety requirements issued by Momentum Volleyball Club (MVC), venue staff and event organisers.

I understand that participants who do not hold a current MVC Recreational Membership and appropriate Volleyball NSW registration must complete this one-off waiver before participating in MVC Socials.

To the extent permitted by law, I acknowledge that MVC, its committee members, volunteers, coaches and event organisers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
