By registering for the MVC Social Competition: Season 2, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years of age or older. Players under 18 are not permitted to participate.
• I hold, or will obtain before participating, a current MVC and Volleyball NSW membership. I understand that no registration means no play.
• I understand that volleyball involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury.
• I am medically fit to participate and will notify MVC of any relevant medical conditions or injuries.
• I agree to follow all competition rules, venue requirements and reasonable directions from MVC officials.
• I understand that MVC is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
• I consent to photos and videos taken during the competition being used by MVC for promotional purposes. If I do not consent, I will notify the MVC admin team before playing.
• I understand that my place is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and that no payment means no play.
• If registering individually, I understand that the full $90 fee must be paid upfront.
• If registering a team, I understand that the $550 team fee must be paid upfront
• I understand that registration fees are non-refundable after registrations close at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 5 October 2026, including for missed games, withdrawal, injury or a change in circumstances.
• I understand that any refund, registration transfer or player substitution is at the discretion of the MVC President or Vice President.
• If registering individually, I understand that preferred positions, teammate requests and placement with a particular team cannot be guaranteed.
• I acknowledge that I participate at my own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
