Discover Sailing Days are a fantastic way to have a great day out with your partner, friends, work colleagues or family, are free to attend and all boats (dinghies) and safety equipment are provided by the Club. All you need to bring is clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet, sun screen and a hat. Shoes with non-marking soles are preferred.

Ever wondered what it’s like to go sailing? Join us for a Discover Sailing Day and experience the thrill of being on the water while exploring your local sailing club.

• No experience needed – just bring your sense of adventure
• Perfect for families, friends, and anyone curious about sailing
• Friendly club members will be there to welcome you and answer questions

Prerequisite: For safety reasons, participants must be confident in and around the water.

By the end of the day, you’ll have:

• Experienced sailing firsthand
• Discovered the fun and community spirit of your local club
• Learned about exciting courses, activities, and ways to keep sailing
