Come and Try night on the 9th of October, however, numbers are being capped and may reach capacity before then.

Age groups now FULL: 6 girls, 7 girls, 7 boys, 8 boys, 9 boys, 10 girls, 11 girls.

Age groups almost full: 8 girls, 9 girls.

Day: Friday nights. Official start on the 23rd of October 2026 and ending on the 19th of March 2027.
Time: 5 pm for Tiny Tots, 5:30 pm for 6s to 11s and 6:15 pm for 12s and up.
Age groups: All Ages - Tiny Tots (3-4 years) through to Masters.
Location: Mingara Regional Athletics Centre, Mingara Road, Tumbi Umbi.
Track: Synthetic.
