📢 Mid Coast VC: Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

As we wrap up an incredible inaugural year, it’s time to look ahead and help shape the future of our club! We are officially calling on all players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters to join us for the Mid Coast Volleyball Club Inc Annual General Meeting (AGM).

🤔 What is an AGM?

If you're new to club sports, an AGM is our most important administrative meeting of the year. It’s where we open the books, look back at what we’ve achieved financially and operationally over the past 12 months, and set our direction for the year ahead.

Most importantly, it’s where you have a voice in how our club is run.

💡 What to Expect

• Year in Review: Reports from our executive committee on our growth, finances, and achievements in our first official season.

• Committee Elections: All executive and general committee positions will be declared vacant. We will be electing the team who will lead Mid Coast Volleyball Club Inc into the upcoming season.

• Club Direction: Open discussion on future goals, junior development, senior programs, and facility planning.
