• Nomination Fee is $50 (Will not be refunded for withdrawal from team)
• Uniform Hire is $15
• Please have your own plain navy skort, preferrably Podium brand, which are available at Sportspower Northam or Just Hockey Burswood.
• Your club will invoice you directly for the Nomination fee and Uniform hire, along with any socks or merchandise ordered.
