Welcome to Melville City Hockey Club - Season 2025
In 2025, we will again be using the online system provided by RevolutioniseSPORT (as required by Hockey Australia (HA) and Hockey WA (HWA)).
If you have played hockey for any club since 2020, you were issued with a Hockey Australia National ID number, and you should click on RETURNING MEMBER below (You do not need this ID number to register). **PLEASE read through and check all existing information attached to your membership is correct, especially email address and child's school year (if applicable), and update where necessary. **
If you are NEW to hockey, or haven't played since 2019, you will need to click NEW MEMBER and you will be allocated a new ID number.
As part of the registration process, you will need to pay both the HA Levy and our club fees. The HA Levy for each player is dependent upon age and type of registration, as follows:

*Some Senior players who have just finished school may still be 18 at the end of the year. They need to choose the Senior registration type that includes the words "Under 19 years" and will only pay the Junior HA Levy.
The full MCHC 2025 Fee Structure can be viewed in the Downloads section below. Please note that all online payments via the RevolutioniseSPORT system are subject to a small processing fee of $1.60 + 2%.
Important points to note:
1. EARLY BIRD FEES are being introduced for the first time. If you pay your fees between 3rd February and 10th March, you will pay 2024 fees - NO INCREASE. This only applies to those paying their fees in FULL.
From 11th March there will be an 8% increase on these fees (approx $50 for seniors).
2. PAYMENT PLANS: We recognise that playing a sport can be expensive, and not everyone can afford to pay fees in a lump sum at the start of the season. We will always do everything we can to assist our members to keep playing. We are more than happy to set up a Payment Plan. You will first need to pay the relevant HA Levy at the time of registration (& RevSport surcharge), plus a deposit (25% of fees). You can then pay off the balance in 3 more MONTHLY instalments. There will be a 5% admin charge added to fees for a Payment Plan. Please email the Registrar, Wayne Atkinson, here, before registering, to receive a special registration link to allow you to do this - please state what you intend registering for - eg: J11/12 or Senior Turf Student or Masters etc.
LATE PAYMENT: Players who have not paid all their payment plan instalments by 31 July (or made other arrangements with the Treasurer or Registrar) will be ineligible for team selection and charged an extra $50 admin fee.
3. FAMILY DISCOUNTS: We are a family club, and to encourage and make it affordable for everyone to keep playing our sport, families with three or more playing members are entitled to a “Family Discount”. The third and subsequent players in a family (immediate family only and at least one who is a junior) will each be entitled to a $65 discount. The discount must ONLY be applied to the 3rd, 4th (and so on) members of the family, as they register. Please email the Registrar, Wayne Atkinson, here, to obtain a discount code. (You must enter the discount code on the first page of the registration process unless you are using a payment plan.)
4. KIDSPORT: We accept the WA Government's KidSport vouchers. If you have a Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card, you can apply here for up to $500 towards your child's fees. If you have applied and wish to use a KidSport voucher to pay your fees, please contact the Registrar, Wayne Atkinson, here, for further instructions, BEFORE YOU REGISTER.
5. FIFO Workers: FIFO workers who will miss games because of their swings eg: 1 on 1 off etc can contact the Registrar for a discount code to receive 50% off fees. If work situations change and more than 50% of games are played (without talking to the Registrar or Treasurer), you will be invoiced accordingly with an added 10% admin fee.
6. PART-TIME: If you are a Part-time player (including fill-ins) and therefore will only be playing part of the season, please contact the Registrar, Wayne Atkinson, here, for a special registration link to allow you to register.You will pay a deposit of $100 (seniors/masters) or $50 (juniors) and the relevant HA Levy at the time of registration. At the end of the season, we will invoice you to reflect the actual number of games played. You will pay 2025 fees (pro rata) plus a 10% admin fee. If you play 75% or more of games, you will be charged full fees (plus the 10% admin fee).
7. SOCIAL MEMBERS: In 2025 we encourage family, friends, non-players and Life Members to join as a Social Member. For $50 you will receive - 1: An invite to a social event at one of our PL games and receive a complimentary drink; 2: A Melville keyring; 3: our newsletter, the 'Pride' delivered to your email fortnightly; and 4: being listed in the Yearbook, which is our club's history.
### CANCELLATION FEE: A cancellation fee of $30 is applicable to all registrations which are cancelled (for change of mind) between Rounds 1 - 5. After Rd 5, the cancellation fee will be $50. If the HA Levy was paid but no games were played, you will need to contact HA for a refund.
2025 Yearbook - We have removed the Yearbook from the registration process and will instead take orders in June/July.
