By signing up to the Learn to Play program, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions:

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
a. Including but not limited to:
i. Bullying
ii. Discrimination
b. The Club reserves the right to remove offending participants
Refunds are eligible up to 7 days before the beginning of the program
a. Participants are not entitled to refunds for missed sessions
If a participant misses a session, the Club is not obligated to arrange alternative sessions
a. If a participant advises the Club up to 3 days before the session that they are unable to attend, the Club will endeavor to arrange an alternative session
All participants must adhere to the Melbourne University Sport COVID policy. This can be found here: https://sport.unimelb.edu.au/coronavirus a. In case a participant is forced to withdraw from the program due to COVID, the Club will endeavor to arrange an alternative session(s).

If this is not possible, the participant will be eligible for a refund correlating to the number of sessions they were forced to miss.
Melbourne University Squash Club reserves the right to move players between classes levels in the event that a player is not suitable for the level of class.
