LTP Bootcamp is a great way for new players, beginners and beginner-intermediate players to learn new and refine existing skills.
This 3 hour squash group coaching bootcamp is designed as an introduction for new squash players or our Social Squash regulars looking to improve and refine their skills!
We will have 2 coaches* on the day, so we will be able to cater for a range of skills levels, and ensure you are coached at the right skill level and/or based on what skills you want to focus on!
For new player suited to the Learn to Play Bootcamp is:
+ is new to the game, having either not undertaken formalised classes before or having done so many years ago;
+ may not be able to successfully serve the ball regularly or maintain a rally of 3-5 shots; and
+ may be unsure of the rules and safety issues of the game.
For our Social Squash regulars, wanting to work on their squash skills
+ wanting to improve game play
+ extending rallies and working on their court movement
Equipment:
+ Water bottle.
+ Towel.
+ Outfit you're happy to run around in.
+ We will provide a racket for all participants (you aren't required to bring a racket).
