WEEKLY SCHEDULE
We offer structured training sessions throughout the week, and several social run/walks on the weekend. Runs are held at various locations around Melbourne, with our flagship run, the Saturday Social, attracting over 50 members a week to the Tan for a lap or two of the famous track and a relaxing coffee afterwards!
- We include a warm-up at all training sessions.
- Training sessions are facilitated by club members who are Athletics Australia Accredited and have experience in running, training and coaching.
