IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE NOMINATING

The Masters Men and Women State Indoor Challenge will be held in Maryborough from 30 October - 1 November 2026 at the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Complex.

• Selected players will be announced on Facebook after closing of nominations. 
•  There is no nomination fee, however HQ will charge a participation fee of $33 per player once team is finalised. (This invoice will come direct from HQ.)
• Players must be registered with HQ.  If you did not play in 2026, you are required to pay the HQ/HA fee to be eligible to play in the Challenge. (Go to "Registration Tab to Register)

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Committee

• No MDHA nomination fee applies *

• You will receive an email confirming your nomination

• Complete Medical History Form, return to Manager upon selection (download available below)

• Abide by MDHA Code of Conduct at all times (download available below)

* HQ will invoice players a Participation fee in due course
