Maroochy Sailing Club is excited to now offer an adult and youth sailing course based from beginner to a competitive racing skill level. This course will give you the basic fundamental skills to sailing unassisted competently in varying conditions. The cost for this 8-week sailing course is $320 for adults and $220 for all youth sailors.

Course Overview

This course focuses on sailing in stronger winds and introducing extra equipment like spinnaker and trapeze to leverage the full boat potential on the water.

Course Prerequisites

Water confident, and you should have the skills, knowledge and experience gained from the Start Sailing 2 course.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to continue developing their sailing skills in dinghies. 

Course Outcome

You will gain your Better Sailing completion certificate.
