Hookin2Hockey is the perfect introduction to hockey for children aged 10 and under. Designed to match each player's age and ability, this program focuses on developing essential hockey skills and fundamental motor abilities in a fun and engaging environment. It serves as an excellent stepping stone to Junior competition, helping young players build confidence on the field. At Maroochydore Hockey, we believe Hookin2Hockey is more than just a program—it’s about fostering friendships, building a passion for the game, and creating unforgettable sporting experiences.

TRAINING

Training sessions are every Tuesday and will commence TBA on the grass fields at Ballinger Road Hockey Fields.

For any new comers, we will run a come & try session during the first two weeks of training.  Equipment will be provided.  This is a great opportunity to experience the game prior to registering.

*Please note: we do not train during the school holidays

GAMES

The 2025 Hookin2Hockey Friday carnival games for our U8 and U10 players will commence TBA on the turf.  The season will run until late Aug (TBC).
