Hirers are responsible for the supervision and conduct of all participants and guests.
On leaving, all gates must be locked, alarms set and lights turned off, and the venue left clean and tidy with rubbish removed — a fee of $100 applies if not.
Please be mindful of noise, particularly for evening bookings, and use designated parking areas only.
No alcohol or smoking on site.
The Hirer is responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear.
Cancellations: 24–48 hours' notice gives a full refund or credit to reschedule; less than 24 hours' notice, no refund applies.
