Fully appointed martial arts gym with padded floor and mirrored wall.

$55 per hour INC GST

Payment must be paid before being given access to keys

If booking is for a party rather than sporting use a function rate will apply.

All applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
We are a “Smoke Free” environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Gym or outside the Gym within 10m of any entry/exit doors.
No Food is to be bought into the Gym.
Only water may be bought in to the Gym – no other beverages.
No black soled shoes may be worn.
Hirer must bring their own equipment – they may NOT use equipment in storage areas
Vehicles must only use car park. No parking down drive way on grassed areas is permitted.
Noise levels must comply with The Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997. Further advice may be obtained from the City of Stirling Environmental Service contact 9205 8555.
All bookings must cease at 12:00am (midnight).
Lock and alarm the premises correctly when leaving. A charge of $100 will apply if this is not done.
Lights must be turned off. A charge of $100 will apply if this is not done.
Smoke machines are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Cleaning and Rubbish:

The hirer of the gym shall be responsible for removal of all rubbish after their use. Hirer must supply own garbage bags and place all rubbish in the large waste bin on the verandah. Otherwise an amount of $100 will be charged.

Terms of Hire:

Hirer may not bring or permit to be brought into the Centre any alcoholic beverage.
Hirer may not rehire the facilities to any person
Hirer may not alter, move or remove any fixture, fitting or furnishing from the Gym.
Hirer may not bring or permit to be brought into the Centre any animal
The hirer agrees to pay to on demand the cost of repairing or making good any damage to the Centre or the loss of any equipment arising out of or incidental to the hiring other than damage caused by events outside the control of the hirer.
