NSW Tenpin: Week 12 Season 1 2022

After week 12 of Maccabi season 1 2022, Oldies have moved into first on 76 points after a perfect 10-0 win this week. School Daze is back in second on 74 and Two Can Tango are a point further back in third on 73.

 

Mean Machine and Highland Warriors played out a 5-5 draw this week, Mean Machine winning the series by only 2 pins! For Mean Machine, Mark Katz bowled two very nice games in the first and third of 158 & 186 (17 & 45 over avg). For Highland Warriors, Howard Silver bowled all three games over average with a 163 (26 over avg) in the first game the best. Peter Jablonka also bowled a nice first game of 185 (21 over avg).

 

The Mighty Underdogs took out a 6-3 win over Schmootz. Ari Baram for The Mighty Underdogs bowled two nice games of 177 & 162 (26 & 11 over avg) while for Schmootz, Harry Sussman bowled a 143 (9 over avg) in the last.

 

Blue Heelers won 8-5 over Manis Manis in a high scoring affair. For Manis Manis, Lilik Passman bowled a good final two games of 132 & 138 (12 and 18 over avg) while David Passman bowled all three games over average topped off by an excellent 206 (35 over avg) in the last game. For Blue Heelers, Michael Eisenstein also produced three over average games of 153, 170 & 161 (16, 33 & 24 over avg). Naomi Baram also bowling two over average games of 174 & 179 (22 & 27 over avg).

 

School Daze recorded a good 8-2 win over Rolling Stones. Howard Baram on his own for School Daze won it on his first two games with an outstanding 186 & 215 (19 & 48 pins over avg).

 

Oldies produced a perfect 10-0 result over Bubba Zeida. For Oldies, Patricia Levy bowled all three games over average with a 151 (21 over avg) in the second game the standout. Raymond Meinrath also bowled all three games over average including a 145 (19 over avg) in the second game which helped take all the points.

 

The Lads came away with a 6-4 win over Nubees. Nubees though won the series by just 3 pins. This was off the back of Deidre Libbert bowling on her own bowling a nice last game of 164 (32 over avg). For The Lads, Roy Zurnamer bowled very nice last two games of 105 & 103 (26 & 24 over avg) and Nathan Radzevicius with a good last game of 108 (14 over avg).

 

Swannies produced the other perfect result this week with a 10-1 win over Let’s Roll. For Let’s Roll, Alexander Itzkowitz bowled a nice 140 (40 over avg) in the second game. Ronnie Lang bowling on his own this week, decided to throw down the best performance in the league this year. 227, 235 & 240 (35, 43, 48 over avg) for an incredible 702 series (126 over series) which is the top scratch series this year and Ronnie was the Star Bowler of the Week - Series.

 

Searoos came away with a 7-3 win over The Incredibles. For The Incredibles, Dina Kremer bowled nice games of 98 & 94 (14 & 10 over avg) while for Searoos, Tony Faust bowled two nice games of 163 & 171 (19 & 27 over avg) in the first and third. Sylvia Walters also bowled a good first game of 155 (10 over avg).

 

Two Can Tango were bowling the blind score this week and came away with 6 points. Michael Horrowitz was the Star Bowler of the Week - Game with a brilliant 186 (74 over avg) in the last game. Michael also bowled a very good 148 (36 over avg) in the second game.
