• When: Arrive 6.45am for a 7.30am race start on Sunday, 22nd May
• Location: Heffron Park (Robey St)
• Course: 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run
• All Welcome: Participate solo or as part of a team, amateur or pro
• JUNIORS WELCOME: Shorter distances are available for the youngsters
