The Intermediate sessions are focused on developing players who have been playing for at least a few months, and who are here to enjoy volleyball, but might not necessarily want to go onto the competitive aspect.
The sessions will include roughly an hour worth of skills and drills before moving on to some match play.

Once players develop to a level deemed appropriate to move up to the Advanced sessions, our coaches will have that discussion with the player.
