The Loch Sport Boat Club is the Committee of Management.

All requests for use of the building are required in writing stating date and time well in advance to alleviate any misunderstanding regarding the hire and not a clash of users.

This enables the committee to:

• Check date available with no other bookings.
• Secure a volunteer available for opening up and assisting with event preparation
• Secure a volunteer RSA person to man the bar for the event if needed.
• Advise the members cleaners and maintenance persons when the building is in use for their planning.
• An agreement appropriate to your hire is required and sometimes a booking fee and/or bond.

Note: The club committee and members are all volunteers.

The options for hire include:

1. $30 -  Booking fee – Community groups meeting only – exclusive use.
2. $75 -  Half day including use of kitchen and BBQ – exclusive use 8:00am - 12:00pm.                                                                                                 
3. $140 - Full day including use of kitchen and BBQ – exclusive use 8:00am - 10:00pm

Bond of $500 is required for the following:

3. $250 - Party and wakes with bar open at club prices or tab on bar.
   - BYO food or caterer. No deep fryers. Midday setup to 11pm. Bar open for 5 hours.
    
4. $400 – Party and wakes.
   - BYO food or caterer NO BAR – exclusive use.  BYO licence required (additional fees may apply). No deep fryers. Midday setup to 11pm.
    
5. $600 – Weddings.
   Exclusive use. Includes setting up day before and clearing time after. No deep fryers, own caterer. Bar open at club prices or tab on bar.
