Improve overall strength and conditioning to build in-game strength, cardio, and capacity — helping players perform better and keep their bodies safe and injury free.

Session 2: Upper Body Push & Pull
Session 3: Lower Body Squat & Hinge
Session 4: Full Body Session
Conditioning: Focused on repeated high-intensity efforts and teamwork.

Lions Basketball Academy – Youth Strength Program Waiver
I understand that participation in the Youth Strength Program involves physical activity, including strength training, which carries some risk of injury. I confirm that my child is healthy and able to participate safely.
I agree that Lions Basketball Academy and its coaches will provide proper instruction, supervision, and progressive training. I release the academy and staff from any liability for injuries or accidents, except in cases of proven negligence.
I also understand that my child is expected to follow all safety instructions and program rules.
