Event Waiver

1. The Bunbury and Districts Softball Assoc. or any Committee member, official, coach, manager or umpire cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained by the above player, or the loss of any property during the game, training session or related event.

2. Players will be sorted into teams in accordance with the current CURRENT BY-LAWS and THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS AVAILBLE.

3. Coaching, Managing, Umpiring, Scoring and assisting is the responsible of the parents of the TEAM selected.

4. I have read and accept and understand the Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct as set by Bunbury and Districts Softball Association.

5. Agree to return all uniform to the Coach on the last playing date in good condition.
