KVA Academy Training Membership Waiver & Terms
By registering for and participating in KVA Academy Training programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Training Commitment & Refund Policy
Participants are encouraged to commit to their training program. If a participant attends six (6) training sessions and then chooses to discontinue their membership or participation without a valid reason, they will not be eligible for a partial or full refund of any fees paid.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of a serious injury or medical condition that prevents continued participation. Supporting medical documentation may be required.
2. Attendance, Illness & Make-Up Sessions
If your child is unable to attend a training session due to illness, injury, or an unforeseen emergency commitment, please notify KVA Academy as soon as possible by text message or email.
Upon receiving notice, KVA Academy will arrange a make-up session for the missed class, subject to availability. Make-up sessions must be attended within the period advised by KVA Academy and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or refunds.
Failure to notify KVA Academy of an absence may result in the forfeiture of the make-up session opportunity
3. Facility Availability
KVA Academy operates within facilities that may occasionally be unavailable due to school events, school requirements, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Should the training venue become unavailable, KVA Academy will make every reasonable effort to notify participants as soon as possible after receiving notice. Alternative arrangements may be offered where practical; however, no refunds will be provided for temporary disruptions beyond KVA Academy's control.
4. Code of Conduct
KVA Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive training environment for all participants, coaches, parents, and spectators.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Bullying, harassment, or intimidation.
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive language.
- Disruptive or disrespectful conduct toward coaches, staff, participants, or members of the public.
- Any action that may endanger the safety or wellbeing of others.
5. Termination of Membership
KVA Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the registration or membership of any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.
Any termination of membership due to misconduct or breach of these terms will be at the sole discretion of KVA Academy and will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. No refund will be provided.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in KVA Academy training sessions, participants acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for their involvement.
7. Agreement
By registering for KVA Academy Training, the participant (or parent/guardian) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
