Details of what we need to do.

We need the grass edged around all of the mats and then we need the mats painted 

For the top fields Someone wipper snipped (they brought their own) first on Sunday and then they manually edged (we have edgers in downstairs store room) 

Re painting I potentially need to buy more paint but if your helpers can do what they can with what we have that would be great.

There are two stencils in the canteen near the fridge. One for home plates and one for pitchers plates

We need plates for 30/35/38/40ft

The measuring tape is also in canteen and we measure to the front of the plate 

The line marker is also in the canteen to mark the batters box and the part of the foul line on the mats. Council will mark the grass.
