KEILOR PARK & DISTRICTS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION

NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

In accordance with Clause 41(1) of the Keilor Park & Districts Softball Association (KPDSA) Inc. Rules, notice is hereby provided of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be held online on Monday 13th July 2026 at 7.00pm.  The online meeting link and other supporting documentation shall be provided upon RSVP via RevSport.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

1. Confirm the Minutes of the 2025 AGM and any Special General Meetings (SGM) held since.
2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Committee on the activities of KPDSA during the 2025/26 Financial Year.
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of KPDSA during the 2025/26 Financial Year.
4. To elect the members of the Committee.
5. To confirm the maximum number of Ordinary Members of the Committee it wishes to hold office.
6. To confirm or vary the amounts (if any) of the annual subscription and joining fee.
7. Any other business of which notice has been given in writing to the Secretary no later than 6th July 2026.

An agenda and reporting shall be provided electronically to members who have RSVP’d no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

All positions on the committee are declared vacant at the AGM and are available for nomination. 

All members are encouraged to nominate for positions on the Committee. 

Members wishing to nominate are asked to complete the following Online Nomination Form

A Position description for each committee role is attached for your consideration.

Please ensure nomination forms are completed prior to the commencement of the AGM.

Where more than one person nominates for a position, voting will be completed electronically by anonymous ballot.  Per Clause 25(2) of the KPDSA Rules, a member is entitled to vote if:

• they fit into a category eligible for voting as defined in Rule 9; and
• more than ten (10) business days have passed since they became a member of the Association; and
• the member's membership rights are not suspended for any reason.
