Welcome to the Kingston Beach SLSC Silver Salties WALK & TALK program! This program is part of Surf Life Saving Australia's Silver Salties initiative, supported by State Centres and funded by Sport Australia through the Move It - Better Ageing Grant program. Silver Salties is a physical activity and social connections initiative for older Australians, but all ages are welcome!

The Kingston Beach SLSC Silver Salties WALK & TALK program is all about enjoyment, fitness and social interaction with like-minded people in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by Program Leader and Club President, Danielle Campbell, all fitness levels and abilities are welcome and you're encouraged to stay for a cuppa at the conclusion of the session.

There is no fee to be involved, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and be sun-safe. All COVID-19 precautions are also in place i.e. stay at home if unwell, social distancing, good hand hygiene, coughing/sneezing etiquette etc.

The Kingston Beach SLSC Silver Salties WALK & TALK program will commence on Tuesday 22 February and run until Tuesday 29 March 2022. Participants are welcome to attend as often as they can!
