Paul Effeney is organising a Volunteer training day in preparation for the 2022-23 sailing season.

 All current volunteers and those wanting to help with the Qld youth sail event are strongly encouraged to attend. 

This volunteer training day is to give those preparation for the Qld youth sail event.

You will be shown  the following:

• Start and finishing processes and procedures
• Course laying
• Moving bouys (in the event of a wind shift)
• Shortening courses
• Basic Boat procedures (anchoring, daily check lists etc.)

 

There will be a free sausage sizzle lunch to follow.
