Uniform/Accommodation Deposit
A $100 deposit is required upon nomination.
The deposit will pay for the pre-booking of accommodation.

Associated Costs

Each year KWPA hold fundraisers to financially support the travelling members. It is expected that each player to assist in all fundraising activities.

• Uniforms and bathers are the responsibility of each player to fund. KWPA bathers, polo & hat are compulsory. The uniform will remain the same as last year. 
• Transport to Hedland/Return are the responsibility of each player to organise and fund and be available for games commencing midday Friday 27 February in Hedland. KWPA may consider options for a bus if sufficient demand.
• Accommodation may be subsidised by KWPA (dependant on fundraising).
• Final Function Ticket for Sunday night (Cost TBA)

Training Information
Nominating players are expected to make every effort to attend all scheduled advanced skills training sessions and Pilbara Championships games.

If under 18 you must have a legal guardian accompany you to the final function. If a player is to act as a guardian, then this must be approved by the Coach and Manager. Please ring the Manager to discuss options.

If you have any medical conditions, please request a medical form from your manager.

By nominating, you have read the above information and:

• Will be available for the 2026 State Country Water Polo Champs (27 February – 1 March 2025) 
• Have paid your $100 deposit and agree to pay amounts owing by 31st Dec 2025. 
• Will make your best efforts to attend as many trainings as possible
