This page provides you with the Terms of Use for the Karilee Calisthenics Inc. (Karilee) online registration using the revolutioniseSport online membership management system.
revolutioniseSport is a cloud based sports management platform offered through www.revolutionise.com.au. revolutioniseSPORT is owned and operated by SportsGrid Pty Ltd (ACN 158 173 767), an Australian corporation (SportsGrid).
1. Agreeing to these terms of use
By registering to join Karilee Calisthenics using the revolutioniseSport online account, you are agreeing to these terms of use.
2. Changes to Karilee online accounts
Karilee may make changes to your individual Karilee online account, at any time, with or without notifying you.
revolutioniseSport may make changes that result in updates to these terms of use. The updated terms of use will then apply to your use of your Karilee online account. Karilee will where possible notify you of changes to these terms of use.
3. Privacy and your personal information
The privacy and security of your personal information is important to us, and is protected by law. We need to collect this information so we can process and manage your registration and payments, and provide services to you. We share your information with other parties such as Calisthenics ACT and the Australian Calisthenics Federation, or where the law allows or requires it. Your data will be securely held within revolutioniseSport.
4. Providing correct information
You must provide us with true and correct information. Failure to provide true and correct information may impact the service that can be provided to you by Karilee.
5. Keeping your personal details up to date
You are responsible for making sure your contact and personal details are correct and up to date.
6. Removing your access
We may lock, suspend or terminate access to your Karilee online account, or parts of it, if:
- you do not comply with these terms of use;
- we believe your Karilee online account was used for unauthorised transactions.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping the details of your Karilee online account secure. Do not share your password with anyone who is not authorised to use your account.
You must not allow anyone to use your Karilee online account who is not authorised to do so.
We will assume that all transactions coming from your Karilee online account were made by you or an authorised person.
You or an authorised person are responsible for reading all available information relating to your Karilee online account.
8. What we are not responsible for
We are not liable or responsible for any legal claim, “Loss”, or liability you incur due to:
- your access, or failure to access, your individual Karilee online account;
- you conducting transactions using your individual Karilee online account;
- your failure to provide true and correct information in accordance with these terms of use (including contact and personal details);
- your failure to update your contact and personal details;
- other unauthorised people accessing your Karilee online account;
- damage caused by any virus, malware, or other similar malicious code, to your computer, device, system or software; or
- your failure to comply with these terms of use.
We do not guarantee the availability of your individual Karilee online account. Access depends on:
- telecommunications;
- internet service providers; and
- other external factors.
In these terms of use:
"Loss" means any loss, damage, cost or expense (to any person or property), including loss of profits or revenue, loss or denial of opportunity, loss of use, loss of data, and any indirect, remote, abnormal or unforeseeable loss.
9. Applicable law
The laws of the Australian Capital Territory apply to these terms of use.
10. Collection of information for analytics and service improvement
revolutioniseSport may collect information about your interactions with the Karilee online to help them understand where they may be able to improve your digital experience and the service, they offer to you.
