Ahead of the Sunday, 16 April 2022 Dan Grading, Judo WA will be hosting a 3-hour Dan Grading Workshop to provide guidance on the dan grading process including clarifying expectations of knowledge for each level of grade.

It is expected that all attendees will already have a decent knowledge of their own grading requirements as per the National Grading Policy.

Whilst the workshop is primarily targeted towards judoka intending on grading at the next immediate grading, all judoka with a minimum grade of 1st kyu (brown belt) are eligible to attend this event.

Please note, the Dan Grading Workshop is run independently of official Judo WA Dan Gradings. Attendance at the workshop does not guarantee that attendees will pass their dan grading exam. Additionally, attendance at the workshop is not mandatory for those registering to sit for their dan grading.
