Nominations Received
The following nominations have been received for elected Board positions:
President – Patrick Collinson
Treasurer – Anthony Smit
Elected Director – Heather Johnstone
Elected Director – Mark Asperti
There are no contested positions. However, in accordance with Rule 21.2(g) of the Constitution, if the number of nominations received for Elected Director positions on the Board equals the number of vacancies to be filled, a resolution is still required to be passed in favour of each nominee for election to occur. The same applies where only one nomination is received for President, Secretary, or Treasurer.
Postal Voting
In accordance with Rule 18 of the Constitution and By-Laws 17, the Acting Secretary has caused the postal ballot papers to be prepared and made available with instructions for all eligible members.

Voting Eligibility
Only financial Adult Members and Life Members whose names appear on the certified electoral roll are entitled to vote, whether in person or by postal vote, in accordance with By-Law 34.
