The Judo SA 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 30 October 2026 at 6.30 pm at Flinders University City Campus, Level 5, Room 505, One Festival Tower, Station Road, Adelaide. Members can also attend online via Microsoft Teams.
The agenda, the minutes of the 2025 AGM and postal ballot papers have been emailed to members. If you haven’t received them, please contact info@judosa.com.au.
Attending online
Members wishing to attend online must register their current email address with info@judosa.com.au by Thursday 29 October 2026. A secure meeting link will be sent to registered members before the meeting. Members voting online will need to keep their camera and microphone on throughout the meeting so their vote can be recorded.
Postal voting
Completed postal ballot papers must be received by 9.00 am on Friday 30 October 2026 at The A/Secretary, Judo SA, PO Box 343, Prospect SA 5082.
Board elections
Nominations have been received for President and for two of the three Elected Director positions. As no positions are contested, a resolution in favour of each nominee will be put to the meeting. The Secretary position and the remaining Elected Director position will be filled by the Board as casual vacancies after the meeting.
The 2025–2026 Annual Report and audited financial statements will be made available to members before the meeting.
Only Adult Members are entitled to vote, and proxy voting is not permitted. We encourage all members to come along and take part.
