Dear Members

• Note only eligible persons in accordance with By-Law 34 can nominate or be nominated (the candidate).
• The prescribed nomination form can be found here: Prescribed Nomination Form

Please note in the Call for Nominations that the Candidate is requested to provide supporting information, on a separate sheet under the following headings, which will be circulated to Members with the appropriate ballot papers:

• ·       Qualifications (if any)
• ·       Experience
• ·       Main areas of contribution to Judo SA
• ·       Information relevant to position applied for
