Spectator ticket sales close midnight Thu 25 Feb 2021 unless sold out prior

1. Due to Covid-19 there are only a restricted number of spectator tickets available and tickets will be only available for specific competition 'sessions'.
2. The restrictions relate to the total number of people allowed to be in the venue (and/or areas) of the venue at any given time.

3. All spectators will be required to comply with the Judo NSW Covid-19 Event Safety Plan requirements including mandatory social distancing and mask wearing.

4. Spectators will not have access to the competition area or athlete warm-up areas.
5. Spectators will need to purchase a ticket for the specific 'session' that they wish to see and will also need to nominate the primary athlete (eg family or friend) that they wish to watch.  For general guidance we have anticipated a ratio of 2 spectators per athlete competing in each tournament session.
6. All tickets must be purchased separately for each session using the name of the person that will use the ticket – ie you cannot purchase multiple tickets under your own name on behalf of other people.  If you are a Judo NSW member purchasing multiple tickets, please use the ‘guest’ option to purchase the additional ticket(s).
7. Spectators will only be allowed entry if they have pre-registered and purchased a Spectator Ticket online from this site.
8. Entry on the day without a ticket will not be allowed.  There will not be any opportunity to purchase a ticket on the day of the tournament at the venue.
9. Judo NSW will monitor ticket purchases and reserves the right to cancel and refund tickets where tickets to watch an athlete becomes oversubscribed (in some situations these tickets may be released back into the ticket purchase pool)
10. Priority will be given to family members if the situation arises where tickets to watch an athlete are oversubscribed.
11. Price - $5 per ticket per session
