Judo NSW with Hunter Region Judo Clubs are providing this Judo Kata Seminar with the following sessions and opportunities.

 

Kata - Sat 29 Feb (9:30AM - 4:00PM)

Led by the current NSW State Kata Coaches the sessions will focus both judoka wanting to compete in Kata at the 2020 National Titles as well others preparing for Dan Gradings.

The Kata session(s) will focus on both Nage-no-Kata and Katame-no-Kata.
