2026 JUDO AUSTRALIA CLUB FORUM@NATIONALS - SESSION 2

Judo Australia wants to help Judo clubs thrive - more members, better facilities, long term sustainability.  Come and join us at Nationals to invest in your Club's future - give us 90 minutes of your time and we'll throw in dinner.  RSVP for catering purposes by June 3rd.

In both sessions, we'll be introducing some key initiatives that promise to change the face of Judo in Australia.

• Upcoming changes to administering Kyu and Dan Grading nationally and what this will mean for clubs
• Lessons learnt visiting clubs and supporting coaches towards qualification under the Coach Accreditation Framework (CAF 2.0)
• What we learnt about public sentiment around Judo in February's social media-based Membership Campaign  
• Your Concussion Assessment Tool, Chat with Charlie - help judoka, protect Clubs 
• The National Mat Audit and assessment tool - we'll report our results and look to the future
• Quality  experience survey done in partnership with the ASC - what our judo community is telling us 
• A general Q&A - email your questions in by June 3rd.

This Club Forum is aimed at owners, operators and administrators of Clubs - up to two members from each Club are welcome.  We will provide dinner, so please RSVP before June 3rd for catering purposes, making sure to complete the dietary requirements section.  Venue: the Tallebudgera room.
