2025 ACT Team Player Nomination Form
Listed within this form is the information you are required to complete to be considered for selection as a member of the 2025 ACT Judo Team to participate in the 2025 National Judo Championships.
This information must be completed by all due dates.
It is important that you are a current member of Judo ACT to participate in any organised state training sessions and be considered for selection into the Australian National Championships.
Information on any State training times, locations and relevant competitions have been advertised via social media and emails.
Athletes wishing to compete at the 2025 Nationals must have competed in the 2025 Canberra International Open, and one of the following:Sydney International Open, or Melbourne International Open. Athletes who have not competed at the previously mentioned tournaments must have a strong valid excuse.
Note:
Electronic payment must be completed as part of this online nomination, to be eligible for State Team selection.
In case of withdrawal from the Australian Championships, refunds will be allowed within 2 weeks prior to the 2025 National Championships – 23 May 2025 if accompanied with a medical certificate. After 24 May 2025, no refunds will be provided.
