Event Waiver

As with all sporting activities there is a risk of bumps and knocks whilst every effort is made to instruct safe hockey practices you will need to be aware there will be small sided game play with beginner hockey players. It is your choice to participate and/ or have your child participate. You also need to be aware that shin pads are mandatory and Players must wear mouthgards when on court in games. You accept any and all risk involved. All adults involved with the running of this program must provide their WWCC details as required.
