Sail Bellarine is a tremendous sailing event for off-the-beach boats in the Bellarine region, bringing together sailors of all skill levels for a weekend of competitive racing and community spirit.
The event accommodates up to 80 boats across seven classes—Aeros, Flying Dutchman, ILCAs, OKs, Optis, Sabres, and Tasars—with separate starts ensuring fair and exciting competition for each fleet.
Participants enjoy competitive racing on courses tailored to each class, expertly managed by experienced race officials who ensure smooth and fair competition.
Designed with families in mind, Sail Bellarine welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. Family members can enjoy the weekend their way—sailing, crewing on rescue boats, joining social activities, or relaxing in the beach environment at Indented Head.
The Indented Head Yacht Club actively encourages its members to participate in the regatta, supporting sailors while showcasing the water-based activities and beauty of the Bellarine Peninsula.
