All fees paid for the Spring holiday camps are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person.
In the event of injury or illness, we are happy to consider a request to have the fees transferred to another camp or holiday session less an administration fee of $10 with a Doctors Certificate provided along with the written request via email to ignite.gym@outlook.com
All children are bound by the Gymnastics Australia Codes of Conduct. Breaches of the Codes of Conduct may result in disciplinary action and removal of the child from the holiday camp without refund.
Please state in registration for event any food allergies your child may have.
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
Please contact the club via email if you do not want your child to be photographed during the camp. These photos may be used on clubs social media which may include facebook, instagram and the website.
