The final day of racing at the Contender (Not The Nationals) Vic States saw a beautiful day for sitting at the Blairgowrie beach with a chair and an umbrella, and perhaps an Eskie with some cold ones.

A light breeze greeted our weary sailors on the race track. Only 1 race was sailed today.

A big left hander saw Scotty Cunningham smash the fleet, and take a strong win ahead of BYS’s Callum Burns in second, and Jeff Owen from McCrae taking third.

Ned Lindholm showed his old man Johnny how to do it today – shutting the door on the Johnny to take an 11th. Love your work Ned!
