Membership Options

Athletics membership in WA follows a One Membership Structure.  

• Those born 2016-2021 can compete and train as a Little Athlete at our Centre in Dianella. 
• Those born 2010-2015 register as a Junior Athlete: a membership that can be used for the Little Athletics program at our Club ('Junior'), Athletics West Strive competition ('Junior-Strive Only') at the WA Athletics Stadium, or both ('Junior Dual')! All IAC training days are open to these athletes. 
• Those born on or before 2009 and 1996 can register as a Senior or Masters Athlete, respectively. These memberships are cheaper as only one Senior Club training day per week (Wednesdays) is available for these members.

*Note: IAC only offer the options listed in the table below, and not Training or Social memberships. The prices listed on the linked Athletics West page are the Athletics West fee component, and doesn't include Inglewood Centre fees. Total cost will be charged during registration checkout and will be the amounts in the table below.

Centre Membership Fees

A summary of membership fees is shown below. These are the total amount, including Athletics West and Inglewood Athletics Centre fee components.  If you are still not sure which membership type is right for you, email admin@inglewoodlac.com.au for LA-Junior age, or seniors@inglewoodlac.com.au for Senior/Masters age, before registering.

Other Fees

For athletes competing at weekly Senior Strive, an additional event fee (this season: $15) will be charged when registering for each meet. Athletes competing in other Athletics West-run events, such as State Championships, will also be charged event entry fees. 

Insurance

All of the above membership options provide members with Personal Accident Insurance under the National Insurance Program.

Kidsport Vouchers

If you are using a Kidsport voucher, please email admin@inglewoodlac.com.au and provide us with 1) your voucher code, 2) the amount you have remaining on your voucher, and 3) the registration type you would like. 

Volunteering Requirements

For local competitions at our Centre, it is essential that parents (or other family members) volunteer in the Centre's activities. This volunteering may take a variety of forms including coaching, being a Key Official, volunteering on sites during competition days, volunteering in the canteen. Please do not be concerned if you know little about Athletics, help is never far away. In the 2026-27 season, each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 8 times across our regular season and an additional 2 times during our Centre Championships.
