Our current membership period expires on Saturday 31st January.  The new period will run from 1 February 2026 - 28 February 2027 (bonus month!).

For all existing Members you are now invited to renew for the new season, especially if you are participating in any programs starting Monday 2nd February.

2. Review the 6 Member Categories available this season
3. Select Returning Member and complete the compulsory fields marked*
4. Follow the personalised Link that has been sent to your email address, to renew your membership
5. You'll then be connected to your Profile and can update any fields with new information particularly:
   - your Suburb and Postcode so we can tailor messages based on your address & proximity to venues
   - your Occupation so that we can reach out to our Members for support & networking on upcoming projects
6. Proceed to payment via Credit Card
7. Accept the HV Terms of Membership

I'm 17 now and turn 18 later in the year (born 2008), can I play junior competitions?
If you're born 1 July or later, we'll manually register you in any Junior Social Competitions.  But as the national system of player ages requires anyone turning 18 in the year of competition to play in U19 or Adult Competitions, an Adult Membership will be required.

I've not played volleyball before, and just want to try a skills program or short season.  What membership do I purchase?
You can select our 3 Month membership for a single term or short season competition.  If you register to play in another program you will be invited to Upgrade your membership to the Annual membership expiring 28 February 2027, in order to continue playing in 2026.

I'm trying to register for a Term 1 program starting soon, but I get the error message "Please select at least 1 registration type".  There's nothing to select so I cannot proceed. Why?
This means that the program has age limits set into it to target participation within age groupings.  Your child or your membership DOB must then be sitting outside the event's age range.  For assistance please email our Secretary, Zack, and we'll see if there's exceptions due to availability or other reasons so that we can get you playing.

We've had a tremendous start to our Monster Raffle, with some fantastic donations gratefully received just before the end of 2025.  We have some ambitious and important goals for fundraising in 2026 with all funds going towards our future HV homebase. 

If you would like to donate any goods or services - just like those Monster Raffle Items listed online - or connect us with an organisation who may like to support our efforts, please contact Operations Manager, Michelle so that we can connect and arrange collections and recognition of your support!  Information on purchasing tickets will be available next month.

Our Australian Sports Foundation Fundraising Campaign remains active in 2026.  All donations over $2.00 are Tax Deductible, and a great way to contribute to the fundraising and receive a small tax-time bonus deductibility!

Small efforts add up over time.  These are hassle free dontations possible for our fundraising program so please don't throw them out.  You can collect a yellow bin liner from your nearest volleyball venue, fill it up and:

1. bring it back next week for deposit at the bulk recycling centre Sell & Parker Carrington
2. visit Sell & Parker yourself and quote "Hunter Volleyball" at the cashiers counter to donate to our program
3. on your Return & Earn app, nominate Hunter Volleyball as your designated 'charity recipient' and then deposit away at your local Return & Earn collection centre

The Hunter Volleyball Calendar on our website has all of the major program and event information on it.

Our Membership & Events portal (RevSport) is where you go to purchase your HV Merch, join a program, or register/renew as Member.

These are your two primary sources of all things Volleyball dates, venues, times etc this season.   Please bookmark them in your Browser or add an icon to your smartphone home screen.

On Social Media we'll promote the release of new information and programs and direct you back to these for full details.
