What an awesome second Trial last night at PCYC Lake Macquarie! Thanks to all the girls who showed up with great energy, effort, and teamwork – we saw some solid skills, big smiles, and real potential out there.
The coaches are reviewing everything from both trials (playing ability, team fit, coachability, etc.) and are finalising the four teams: Sharks, Sunbirds, Panthers, and Redbacks.
Here's what happens next:
Team selections finalised this week – by Wednesday 6 May 2026 at the latest.
If selected you'll get a personal email with:
Your team assignment (if selected).
Your assigned jersey number.

U18 Hunter Volleyball Membership (U18 Player Membership $80 +$3.27 transaction fees. Not payable until selected)
Junior Social Competition Fee — $385 incl GST and Includes 1 Playing shirt + 1 Training shirt.
Compulsory PCYC Membership (required if you're selected for the team to access this venue for trainings): Junior (under 18): $20 for 12 months
First training session is on Monday 11th May
If you are not selected on this occasion, we'll send you the link to join the Mixed Social Competition which will be played from 4.40-6.00pm on Mondays from May - August so that you can keep working on your skills, enjoy making new friends, and potentially be avaialble for a call up during the season if a JVL team needs you!
