Competition Information:

• Date: Saturday 26 June 2021
• Competition Venue: Gymnastics SA State Gymnastics Centre, Cnr Oaklands Road & Rosedale Ave, Morphettville
• Session One: Level 3/4 – Saturday 12:45 – 3pm. Please arrive at 12.35pm in club attire to compete

• Gymnasts to wear rec t-shirt with club teamwear (crop top/shorts) or plain back bike shorts

SPECTATOR COST

$5.00 per session, purchased online prior to competition

(no tickets will be available for purchase at the competition)

Due to COVID-19, there is a limit of 1 spectator ticket per athlete, per session.
No additional spectators are permitted.

COMPETITION KEY POINTS

• Sanitising protocols will be in place.
• There will be trained COVID Marshal/s present at the event. They will be identifiable by hi-vis vests.
• At the completion of the event, all athletes and spectators must leave the venue immediately.

ATHLETE KEY POINTS

• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session.
• Where possible, athletes are to arrive in competition attire to avoid congestion in changerooms and foyer.
• Athletes will not be permitted to stay and watch other sessions they are not entered in.
• Athletes to maintain physical distancing when using the warm-up area and close to other participants not from their own club.

SPECTATOR KEY POINTS

• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the session you are attending.
• All spectators will be seated in the grandstand. There will be chairs taped down which are not to be used.
• All spectators are to exit after the completion of the session out the back door of the gym heading to the venue carpark, to avoid cross over with next session spectators and athletes. No spectators will be allowed on the floor after competition, as we need to clean competition area before next session.
