By registering for and/or participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation & Risk
- I understand that hockey is a physical sport and that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
- I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate to the best of my ability in a safe and responsible manner.
Insurance & Registration
- I confirm that my Hockey NSW & Hockey Australia registration is current for the 2026 season, which provides the necessary insurance coverage for my participation.
- If I am not currently registered, I understand that I am not covered by Hockey Australia’s insurance program and I participate at my own risk.
Medical Treatment
- In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to Hockey New England and/or event officials seeking medical assistance on my behalf.
- I accept responsibility for any associated costs not covered by insurance.
Photography & Promotion
- I acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the event and used by Hockey New England for promotional purposes.
Parent/Guardian Consent (for participants under 18)
- I am the parent/guardian of the participant and I give consent for them to participate under the terms outlined in this waiver.
