By registering for this competition, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I confirm that my Hockey NSW & Hockey Australia 2026 registration is current and understand that participation is conditional on this being valid.
I understand that indoor hockey is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including potential injury. I voluntarily accept these risks.
I declare that I am medically fit to participate. In the event of illness or injury, I consent to receive first aid and, if necessary, ambulance or medical treatment at my own cost.
I agree to abide by all Hockey New England competition rules, Hockey NSW/Hockey Australia policies (including Codes of Conduct and Concussion/Return-to-Play protocols), and directions of officials.
I release and indemnify Hockey New England, its officials, volunteers, and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by their negligence.
I understand that insurance benefits apply only to current registered members of Hockey NSW/Hockey Australia.
