Calling out for expressions of interest in accommodation bookings with our event partners Busselton Villas and Busselton Glamping Village.
PLEASE RSVP YOUR INTEREST BY MONDAY 9 DECEMBER - NO PAYMENT REQUIRED
Busselton is a tourism hot spot, accommodation gets booked out quickly in the Christmas / New Year period. Bookings are opening now and if you are not fast to book, you will miss out. We can help you if you tell us you would like a villa or glamping booking with the closest park to the yacht club. Our accommodation partner will place a hold on bookings for us if we have enough interest from the fleet to achieve this.
Please provide some basic details to us to assist us to lock in the partnership offers with our accommodation partner.
With sufficient interest the venue will offer a discount for our event. This is reflected in the below pricing as an example:

Event dates:
Registration 27 December, Series One racing from 28 to 31 December 2025 (Hobie 16).
Series Two racing from 2 to 5 January 2026 (Hobie 14, Hobie 18, Hobie Wildcat, Hobie Tiger and all other Hobie Cats).
They have kindly placed a block on bookings for us until 2 December while we gauge interest from our event attendees. Please respond to us without delay.
