  • Change of organisation name 
  • Inclusion of definitions
  • Increase in the number of general committee members to 5, with removal of requirement for 2 junior committee members
  • Inclusion of details of committee members roles, responsibilities and powers
  • Secretary to be appointed Public Officer
  • Treasurer to manage banking electronically
  • Omit annual auditing requirement and addition of Annual Return submission with CBOS
  • Update of AGM notices to be sent electronically
