SUMMARY INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Open to all ages and all levels of experience, these fun and relaxed sessions are about spending time on the water, building confidence, and learning from our supportive Coach, Assistant Instructors, and experienced Dinghy Sailors. Whether you’re a brand-new sailor looking to pick up some skills before the School Holiday Tackers program, or an experienced sailor who just loves being out on the water, Sunday Sails is for you.

Come down, join the crew, and enjoy sailing made simple, social, and fun!

Tackers Ages (7-14) - although we will not be following the Tackers Syllabus and supplying a certificate at the end of these 5 days, its a great way to start your kids off with sailing, with the support of our team and on-water safety. The Tackers boats will be available to use during the duration of the program, as well as the Fiberglass Optimists for the more advanced.  

Teens/Adults (12+) - The option is there to sail in our BRAND NEW fleet of RS Quests, our original Pacers or even get into one of the club lasers to test out those skills!

If you are interested in pursuing a structured Learn to Sail course, these will be held during the school holidays (Dec/Jan/Apr/Oct).

FULL TERM: This includes up to six sessions per term. Sessions may be cancelled due to weather conditions. The course fee is charged on a term basis and includes all sessions, regardless of weather-related cancellations, whether a minimum of four or the full six sessions are delivered. Course fee is inclusive of boat hire fee. 

• Member: $295.00
• Non-Member: $325.00

HALF TERM: This includes up to 3 sessions per term.Sessions may be cancelled due to weather conditions. The course fee is charged on a term basis and includes all 3 sessions, regardless of weather-related cancellations. Course fee is inclusive of boat hire fee. 

• Member: $165.00
• Non-Member: $195.00

DAY RATE: If you would prefer to attend only 1 or up to 5 sessions, you can choose the day rate option, you will be asked to provide the dates you would like to attend so necessary planning can be made. Course fee is inclusive of boat hire fee. 

• Member: $50.00 per day
• Non-Member: $60.00 per day

PREREQUISITES

To qualify to join in on these Saturday Dinghy Sails you will need:

1. Previous sailing experience (of any duration). This program is not designed for complete beginners.

2. A desire to further improve sailing skills and participate in sailing within a fun, relaxed, and safe environment
